A coarser flour that is rich in nutritious fibre. This product is perfect for high fibre, grainy loaves with all the textures of the germ, bran and flour mixed together.

In South Africa, bleaching of flour is illegal although some imported flours may still be bleached. Millstone products, like other local South African flours, are not bleached. Should bleaching become legal once again, Millstone will continue to be a back-to-basics brand and will not bleach its products.

Currently, wheat products, including Millstone's products, do not contain any GMO ingredients. Should this change, Millstone undertakes, that it will ensure that its products remain GMO free.
