A versatile refined flour that is predominantly used for fine items such as cakes, biscuits, pastries, breads and rolls.

In South Africa, bleaching of flour is illegal although some imported flours may still be bleached. Millstone products, like other local South African flours, are not bleached. Should bleaching become legal once again, Millstone will continue to be a back-to-basics brand and will not bleach its products.

Currently, wheat products, including Millstone's products, do not contain any GMO ingredients. Should this change, Millstone undertakes, that it will ensure that its products remain GMO free.
