HOME-BAKE RECIPE:

Yield: 1 pizza
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 unbaked pizza base (click here to view pizza base recipe)
- 1 cup Millstone Farina “00” Flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup butter, softened to room temperature
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1½ tablespoons milk
METHOD:
- Mix your pizza dough (click to view recipe)
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a pizza pan, stone or tray.
- Roll your pizza dough out and place on pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and softened butter. Mix until there are small chunks of butter left about the size of peas. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the uncooked pizza dough.
- Optional extras: Top with chocolate, marshmallows, crushed nuts or fruit of choice, such as banana, apple or berries.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
- To make the drizzle topping, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until fully combined. Add a little extra sugar OR milk depending on if you want the drizzle to be a little thinner or a little thicker.
- Slice and serve.

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 6 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1½ cups butter, softened to room temperature
- 4½ cups powdered sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 9 tablespoons milk
