Founded in 2021, what started as a home baking project quickly grew into supplying local deli’s and restaurants. Today, they’re a cornerstone of the community – known for their attention to detail.

From day one, this family-run business has focused on doing things differently. You won’t find deep-fried items on the menu. Instead, they’ve prioritised carefully chosen ingredients – from whole foods to organic options.

Before embarking on this journey, the team tested a wide range of flours. Despite carefully controlling every variable, from temperature to technique, their starter still wasn’t thriving.

Until they introduced Millstone Flour.
