International Bacon Day is the perfect occasion to whip up this crowd-pleaser recipe for your customers.

INGREDIENTS:
- 25 cups of Millstone White Bread Wheat Flour
- 42 g Salt
- 718 g Sugar
- 4 kg Back Bacon fried and roughly chopped
- 20 cups of Cheddar cheese grated
- 2.5 cups of Parsley chopped
- 2.5 cups of Vegetable Oil
- 2.5 cups of extra-large Eggs
- 15 cups of Milk
METHOD:
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Spray bread pans with cooking spray and line the bottom with baking paper.
- Sift the flour, salt and sugar together. Add the bacon, cheddar and parsley and stir to combine.
- Beat the oil, eggs and milk together in a separate bowl. Add to the flour mixture and mix well.
- Separate into 20 equal pieces of dough. Transfer mixture to the prepared pans and bake 50 – 60 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, leave to cool in pan for 5 minutes – turn out onto a cooling rack.
