Ingredients:
500 g margarine
½ cup caster sugar
250 g choc bits
250 g white choc bits
400 g condensed milk
5 cups Millstone Cake Wheat Flour
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease and line 4 baking trays.
- In a very large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream margarine, sugar and condensed milk until light and creamy.
- Add sifted flour and choc bits. Mix well by hand.
- Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on trays and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Allow to rest 5 minutes before removing to cake racks.
